The person behind sobar's inclusive drinks is Vivian from Moabit. She comes from craft: trained as a pastry chef at Hotel Adlon, then a master's certification. She learned early that perfection only gets interesting when you break it with charm. Now she brings that same creativity and precision to the glass \u2014 drawn to unexpected flavour combinations, herbs, and texture.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

For Vivian, taste goes far beyond sweet, sour or bitter. Drinks are emotion, curiosity, or sometimes outright provocation. The people around her love her for her warmth, hospitality and sense of humour. <\/span><\/p>
