The inclusive drinks from sobar are crafted by Vivian from Moabit. Her roots are in the culinary arts: she trained as a pastry chef at Hotel Adlon and later became a certified master of her craft. During this time she learned that perfection is truly interesting when you know how to break it with charm. Today she channels that creativity and precision into liquid form, exploring unusual flavor nuances, herbs and textures.
For Vivian, taste goes far beyond sweet, sour or bitter. Drinks are emotion, curiosity, and sometimes pure provocation in a glass. People appreciate her warmth, hospitality and sense of humor.
Her current favorite joke: “Who knows best what people are missing? — A thief.”
