Hinter den inklusiven Drinks von sobar steht Vivian aus Moabit. Ihre Wurzeln liegen im Handwerk: sie absolvierte eine Ausbildung zur Konditorin im Hotel Adlon, gefolgt vom Meistertitel. Dabei lernte sie, dass Perfektion nur dann spannend ist, wenn man sie charmant bricht. Heute lebt sie Kreativität und Präzision im flüssigen Format aus: sie ist fasziniert von ungewöhnlichen Geschmacksnuancen, Kräutern und Texturen.
For Vivian, taste goes far beyond sweet, sour or bitter. Drinks are emotion, curiosity, and sometimes pure provocation in a glass. People appreciate her warmth, hospitality and sense of humor.
